And something tells me my next 40 years in the work force won't be a walk in the park. I never thought I would be inspired by something, an American once said, but after a couple of months in the real high-rise workforce, I support Madeleine Albright: "There is a special place in hell for women that do not help each other". I concur. Being a female leader sucks. But i love it.<br /><br />- If a man is strict and concise, he is aims to be succesful. If a woman is strict an concise, she is a freaking bitch. Why is that?<br /><br />-If a man flirts and uses whatever physical attributes he may have to get ahead, he aims to be succesful. If a woman uses her physical attributes to get ahead, she is phoney. Why is that?<br /><br />And in the private sphere:<br /><br />- If a man shags for the fun of it, he is a stud. If a woman shags for the fun of it, she is cheap. Why is that?<br /><br />- If a man dumps a girl the hard way, he is a bloody idiot. If a woman dumps her man the hard way. Why is that?<br /><br />In my few years as an adult, I think I have been strict and concise, I have used my smiley face and eye lashes to get through the door, and I have shagged (privately!) for the fun of it. Does this make me a cheap, phoney bitch? And does the fact that I have only ever been dumped and never dumped myself, make me un-cool?<br /><br />I dont know. But I am determined to find out over these next years of my professional and emotional adult life.
